Platinum 55% nickel cast iron welding electrodes available in 2.5mm & 3.2mm. Supplied in 1kg packs.

• For high strength joining and rebuilding of cast iron
• Very easy to control with soft and smooth arc characteristics
• Specially designed to prevent electrode overheating on large jobs
• Weld metal is fully machinable
• Weld deposit is crack resistant
• Used primarily for malleable, nodular and SG cast iron
• Electrodes are vacuum packed in foil, inside a strong and reusable plastic pack. 10kg cartons are supplied as 10x 1kg packs inside a cardboard outer carton
• Packaging is designed to prevent wasteage on site. Use 1kg at a time and your electrodes will remain dry and fresh every time
